Registration Includes:

All day training sessions with breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and cocktail hour on Saturday.

A non-hosted dinner will be arranged on Saturday evening for WildSmiles and Mascot clients who wish to connect over a meal. More information is available after you complete registration.

Dr. Amy Smith went to West Virginia University for dental school and completed her Orthodontics residency at the University of Louisville. She practices full time in Parkersburg, WV. She is active in many local community groups including the YMCA Board of Directors and Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Casey Warren

Dr. Warren has been practicing orthodontics for 7 years in the highly competitive area of Utah.  He has found great success being creative and unique in the market.  He participates in many orthodontic study clubs and enjoys being an innovator in his practice.
